Hongzhou Learning has been dedicated and committed to the cooperation and exchange between universities along the “B&R countries” and Chinese universities. After a long period of planning, we received the exclusive authorization right from the ICIEP of Russia on May 12th to recruit Chinese Universities for China Education Exhibition which going to hold on March 2018 in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

ICIEP(Interuniversity Centre for International Educational Programmes) was established in October 1993 on the basis of Moscow State Institute of Aviation Technology. In May 1994 ICIEP organized the first education exhibition in Russia. After that the Ministry of Higher Education of the Russian Federation gave ICIEP exclusive right to promote Russian education system and Russian higher education institutions abroad.In 1994-1997 ICIEP presented Russian Universities in more than 50 international education exhibitions in 30 countries around the World. Since 1998 ICIEP is the organizer of International Education Fair - one of the oldest in Russia exhibition with special focus on study abroad. Since 2004 ICIEP International Education Fair is held twice a year – in February and October in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

In recent years, with the continuous escalation of the strategic cooperative partnership between China and Russia and the expanding of cooperation in the field of education, bilateral educational exchanges have shown an active trend. The number of Russian students studying in China has increased year by year. In 2015, the total number of Russian students in China is about 16,000 and the total number of long and short term exchange staff in the field of education is more than 70,000.
