Meeting with the Embassy of Philippine in Beijing
Date: Jul 12,2017view count: 0

After the virtual discussion with the Embassy of Phillipine about the possibility of coopeartion for educational projects, Hongzhou Learning Company were invited to the Embassy in order to provide the detailed information about the programs that we would like to implement alongside the Embass of Philippine.

The representatives of the Philippine Embassy were interested in the programs that we wanted to implement under the support of the Embassy. The three main projects were the Inter-school co-operation program, the summer and winter camp program, and the recently developed Study in China program.

The summer-winter camp program receives a positive response from the Embassy, since Philippine students do not receive any similar offers in their home country. Therefore, the Embassy believed that this could be a really unique idea for Philippine students to experience something new.

We had a deep conversation about the possibility of for our Study in China program and the inter-school co-operation program. The Embassy showed a great interest about these two, said that this could be implemented in order to provide a better teaching - studying experience for students from both two countries. Furthermore, the Embassy provided us some ideas about forming a relationship with Philippine educational organizations, by setting up bonding activities, holding visiting and studying tours, etc.

Joan Pichay and Irish Kay L. Kalaw-Ado, the representatives from the Embassy, shared with us about our good feedback from other Embassies in China, such as the Embassy of Poland, the Embassy of Bulgaria, and the Embassy of Pakistan. Due to this, they are willing to help us in establishing relationship with Philippine organizations, as well as in the promoting our programs to those who may have the interest.

For us, this kind of meeting is extremely important to our cause, as this can be the very first foundation for setting up the relationship between organizations in two country. At this moment, we would like to show our gratitude for the meeting with the Embassy, interesting talks with the representatives, and the great support that the Embassy showed us.

Hopefully, in the future, more and more programs can be implemented between two nations.
